6TH BIANNUAL ITALY CLE

PALERMO, SICILY, SEPTEMBER 21-24, 2026
Join us in Palermo, on the historic and picturesque island of Sicily, for NIABA’s 6TH biannual CLE seminar. The registration
fee is $700 and includes seminar presentations in English as well as opportunities to meet members of the Palermo Bar, judges, and visit local attractions. Attendees will earn nine (9) CLE credits. Attendees are responsible for their own airfare, travel arrangements, and reservations for meals other than those included in the program. All dinners, tours, events or additional activities are a la carte and MUST BE REGISTERED AND PAID for on NIABA’s website IN ADVANCE of the seminar.
The $700 registration fee must be paid by check or online prior to JULY 15TH 2026 to reserve a spot. Payment can be made online by visiting www.niaba.org OR by check made payable to NIABA and mailed to

For those that require local transportation. We will provide contacts of a limo company for private trips from/to airport/hotel or for trips around Palermo; attendees can book directly, no payments or responsibilities on NIABA

September 22 from 4.30 to 7.30pm: participants will be admitted to the visit only if prepaid through NIABA website (price per person $50)
Gala dinner at Branciforte Palace
September 23, 8pm: participants will be admitted to the dinner only if prepaid through NIABA website (price per person $140)
Day trip to Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo, and Marsala
September 24, all day: Bus day trip to Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo and the salt marshes of Marsala - Departing early in the morning from Palermo we will reach on private bus the Archaeological site of Segesta for the visit; we will then reach at lunch time the wonderful beach and town of San Vito Lo Capo where we will have free time and lunch at San Vito Lo Capo, participants will go in any of the restaurants and pay for it directly. In the afternoon we will then go to visit the salt marshes of Marsala and will enjoy a cocktail with Marsala lawyers; returning in the late evening to Palermo. participants will be admitted to the dinner only if prepaid through the NIABA website (price per person $100 – includes bus + entrance to archaeological site + cocktail)
Restaurants
We will give participants a list of possible restaurants to enjoy downtown Palermo and will give a range of cost - almost all of them have special menus for celiacs and for other allergies
Hotels
The special rates we had from hotels have expired. You have to book your own accommodation in Palermo downtown area.
